These materials will be used to help elementary students develop emerging language skills in the context of literacy and play. I am a speech-language pathologist who uses a variety of materials to encourage requesting and commenting, and teach basic concepts such as prepositions, colors, and noun vocabulary. Young students learn best through play and multi-modality engagement, and I am trying to build my library of educational resources to teach the necessary communication skills they will need to be successful in school. The Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards will be used for my grades 1-5 students who require more academic-based materials. Thank you for your support of this project.
