Our school is a Title I school, and our students' academic performance is lower than other institutions. Being virtual last year increased their academic learning gap even more. I currently teach 5th grade, but the students in my classroom are lower than grade level. I selected Teachers Pay Teachers resources which offer students practice and activities to cover standards from lower grades. The writing folders selected from Lakeshore will help my students practice during their writing portion. I also added on some snacks from Quill. Unfortunately, although we serve breakfast in the morning, some kids are still hungry because they come to school late.
