  • It's Not Easy Being Green: Kermit and Friends!

    Thank you so much for your generous donations. We were able to have an up-close look at the development of a frog. The students enjoyed reading aloud the books and learned so much about the animals that live in the water. Through the literature and models of the lifecycles, the students were able to connect what they are learning in the current science curriculum The students were able to build their communication skills by having conversations in small groups and this allowed them the opportunity to work on their their speaking and listening skills. They loved being able to connect the reading and writing tasks and made some great artwork to showcase their learning. It was a great year of science for our young scientists!”

  • Making Magical Choices to Publish About

    Funded Aug 13, 2023

    Thank you and through your donation to our classroom has become a place where students create and publish their work. The children in our classroom are allowed to write and illustrate their own stories which are influenced by the fun rhymes that empower them to be responsible for their happiness. Students can store their work on their clipboards in the storage rack. They can publish their work on our class printer with the much-needed ink to create our books. They are so excited about their work or as we call them "Our Masterpieces"”
