  • Headphones to Help with Independent Technology Learning

    Thank you so very much for the wireless headphones. These headphones have helped and supported students with their learning through technology. We are blessed to have these headphones as tools to learning success. Without you donation, we would not have had the opportunity to learn in an environment that students can work independently with their technology learning. The students love their programs on the computer. Programs such as Lexia core 5 and iReady math. These headphones provide such a great tool for children to be successful in both programs and others.”

  • Rug for Flexible Seating in 2nd Grade!

    Thank you so very much for the funds to purchase our classroom rug. My students are loving the rug as we can have flexible seating in the class. We often use our rug for watching the smart board, small and whole groups, and to use it for appropriate games. We are loving that we can have the flexible seating with an alternative to sit at our desks too. The students love that they can work using clipboards, lay on the carpet to work on their computers, and just sit to have academic conversations. Without the rug for our classroom, it has given us opportunity to see academics in a different way. I appreciate each and every one of you!”

  • Headphones for Independent Learning in 2nd Grade

    Thank you so much for your donation to provide headphones for our classroom. The impact of your donation has given each student the opportunity to learn independently on many platforms that our district offers and it limits the distracts around them which makes the students more successful in their learning. I have seen growth in the students' academics with their ability being able to focus on their independent learning. Once again, I thank you for making this possible for my students. Having a chart stand in our classroom will support our whole group learning. The chart stand will serve as the central focus for our ideas in one area. Students will have access to anchor charts, big books, and other materials to support their new learning. The chart stand will also assist children in having a place to practice and compose writing. In our classroom, teachers and students will have access to use the chart stand to learn and practice new concepts in all academic areas. The chart stand will be used as a workstation as well for reading and writing My students and I would love to have a chart stand. This chart stand can help us to create anchor charts to match our state standards as well for a place to store our anchor charts for reference. Also, a chart stand will assist in the students creating writing together and to be used in the room as a support for learning together. I strive daily to meet the needs of each individual students and create a space where they can learn and create their own success. .
