• Equity Focus

  Thank you so much for donating all of the books to our classroom. My students have loved reading them. We book shop every Monday for the week. My students enjoy the variety of books they have to pick from. We are so blessed to have donors give to our precious students. Their love of reading helps them with phonological skills, it builds confident within them and it also helps them with state testing.

  Without you, teachers would not be able to focus on what's important, and that's instruction in the classroom.”

  I cannot thank you enough for you kind donation for my social and emotional learning books. These books help with our morning meetings where I can read a story, and have a candid conversation with my class about subjects such as bullying, self-esteem and how to handle their feelings.

• Read Read as Much as You Can!

  Thank you so much for your kind donation to my class. The books you have allowed me to purchase a diverse set of books for my students to enjoy. My students are allowed to book shop (meaning they pick 5 books to read for the week on Monday), and they have been overjoyed by the amount of new books they have been able to read. Keeping them engaged in reading is an ongoing challenge. I w been able to witness my my students go from a low reading level to reading more challenging books - because they're interested in them. Thank you so much!!”

• Privacy Shields Needed

  Thank you for your kind donation to our class. Your donation has allowed my students privacy while working independently, and the ability to take tests and have privacy. These are especially important when we take State Standardized Tests. Without you and your donation, we would have to separate our class into sections of the room, and make the students uncomfortable from where they're used to setting in their regular seats. My students do not like change and this has allowed this to remain where they're comfortable.”

• Supplies and Snacks

  I want to take a moment and thank you for your kind donation. Because of you my class will hopefully have enough snacks to last them the remaining of the year. This is a huge asset to my students who have food insecurity. Many times my students need extra food, other than what the school provides. Our school does not allow the purchase of extra food, therefore these small snacks go a long way. This also allows my students who may come into class late something to eat to hold them over until lunch. I cannot thank you enough. You are a blessing!”

• STEM in a Virtual Class

  I would like to thank you on behalf of myself and my wondgiek students for your gracious contribution towards our STEM essentials. We have utilized these tools via Zoom. I have been able to show my class so many different ways to use arrays, multiplication, division and the use of maps. Your gift has helped all 25 of my students across our entire state. We are so grateful for your generosity. This has also allowed more one-on-on time to work with my students so they can see how to do their assignments.”
