Virtual learning completely changed our learning experience. The idea of equity came into question as schools began to shut down and students moved into distanced learning. Many students struggled with access to technology, internet, and many had to share their devices with siblings which meant less time to do their work. Virtual learning has been especially difficult for my students and these items can help me change that. Even in this new medium I must be innovative and discover new ways for my students to learn in my class. The paper and ink will be used to create work packets for students who still don't have access to technology and the interactive whiteboard will change the way we learn. Students will be able to get up and actively participate in their learning experience by using the board to annotate texts and create anchor charts together which will aid in their comprehension of the texts we read. These items all work together to make a great impact in my students' learning. I hope you'll help :)
