My students are seriously technologically disadvantaged. Being able to learn a small amount of robotics and/or coding, through Wonder Workshops apps, could open up their world. Teaching them things they weren't aware of. Additionally, I hope to ignite the excitement of S.T.E.M. in my classroom. I want to show students how much can be learned through this type of hands-on activity. I was given the Dot and Dash robots, by attending a professional development training. However, we have not been able to use them for lack of compatible devices, such as Kindle Fire Tablets.
