As we teach from home or in class, a tool that would greatly improve my lessons is a document camera. The document camera will be used to record videos and scan pages from books, do reading groups and group writing examples. It will help me to teach real time lessons. This will allow me to differentiate instruction for students that require multiple ways to learn. The document camera will allow me to improve students' virtual learning from home, but also can be used when in class to project things big so that social distancing can occur without effecting learning. Most importantly the document camera will help me deliver real-time instruction to my students so they can learn as if they were in the classroom each day.
