My classroom will have an Apple TV and to help further student learning, I will be using an Apple iPad and Pencil to apply math concepts visually. The Apple iPad and Pencil will allow me to manipulate geometric shapes so that students can truly visualize how shapes can be manipulated across a coordinate plane. In case we go virtual at any point during the 2020-2021 year, these materials will allow me to be able to create materials to assist students in their distance learning. I will be able to create additional support videos, worksheets and materials to assist any students with furthering their understanding of the concepts. This will be a great opportunity for me to provide targeted support for students who may be falling behind or who may need some extra work. Not only will this project be utilized for distance learning but will be able to be used when and if we return to the classroom.
