  • We Can Do It, Yes You Can!

    Thank you so much for giving to my project. This is going to help my students learn many valuable skills and learn to do them independently. These are some of the most valuable skills that my students can learn and will give them opportunities in the future to hold jobs and complete daily living skills on their own.   • Making Meaningful Movements

    Thank you so much for supporting our classroom and allowing us to make a sensory path to aid our students so they are able to function and learn better. Because we have this tool we can continue to change the path to meet students' needs. We know that students constantly change and evolve and by have the Cricut we are able to make whatever changes are necessary and not have to keep reordering items. The students were thrilled the first time they came in and saw the path and loved to take breaks in the Galloway utilizing it. It also taught the students how to take appropriate breaks. Thank you so much for supporting us.”

When working in a self-contained classroom, we will be holding a number of different groups at the same time. Having an easel to utilize will help run one group while another group utilizes the board, as there is only one board in the classroom. The easel will also allow us to move around the room, as not all students in the classroom are not able to move with ease. The books I have requested are at a grade level that is consistent with many of the students goals. I want to have a large selection of books that they can look at and that we can read together to help strengthen and build their reading skills.

About my class
