Flexible seating, safe spaces, and appropriate materials to reach and teach positive social skills in the middle-high school setting will improve the daily communication and interactions of my students as they learn to take control over their emotions and triggers! Room 321 is an open door with various levels of Autism and learning taking place during the day which needs a variety of learning modalities and supplies to reach the most vulnerable students in out school community. I have seen the students respond to alternative seating, lighting, space, and noise, and this order will surely assist my students in making the most of their day!
