    Each student has a station assigned individually based on their need. With a happy heart I would like to share that all students grew in their reading and writing skills. You made learning more fun and enjoyable for my students. They were so excited to be able to have new materials and they were even happier to be able to pass on those materials to other students.”

  • Social Emotional Learning Games & Phonics

    Thank you for your kind donation. Each month students earn 30-40 minutes of game rotations as an incentive for their hard work. We are growing so much academically and what better way to celebrate students success than to have fun with games.

    There is a total of 4 rotations (4 different games), each student practices patience and taking turns. I love to see them motivate and laugh with each other.

    We greatly appreciate your kind donations that provided our classroom with a beautiful library with flexible seating. All of the students were and still are so excited to be able to use flexible seating throughout the day.

    The boxes with materials began arriving one by one which creates excitement and eagerness for all students. We were able to open all boxes as a class and they screamed of happiness. I had to close the door from how loud they were!

    They clean all materials after every use and take such good care of our class resources.

  • Distance Learning: Back to School Supplies

    I am so grateful for your donation. Denver Public Schools opted for Remote learning therefore the students have not used any of the class supplies. However, when we return in October I will be more than ready for class.

    I have plenty of wipes to disinfect and clean the classroom as well as each child will be able to have their materials in one spot since they are not allowed to share.

    I am so thankful! As a first year teacher I felt very overwhelmed but your donations helped take a load of my shoulder.

    I hope in the future I am able to donate to other classrooms as well.”

These students depend on a safe place to learn with a support system in place. As a 1st grade teacher it is my job to provide a safe and positive learning experience! The seat pouches will help every single student be able to keep their materials in their own space which will limit the spread of germs and help us stay safe and healthy while following guidelines 6 feet apart. The pencil boxes will contain individual classroom supplies (crayons, pencils, glue sticks, etc). Wipes will be needed to clean materials and students area. Thank you for your donation!
