Please help me give my students essential technology for home and distance learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Students are not able to leave their homes due to the restrictions in Western New York. My students need access to efficient technology to keep up with their work. Several of my students struggled throughout the March, 2020 quarantine. Their various learning disabilities made it even more difficult due to lack of technology. My students need laptops/chromebooks that they can use for distance learning. This technology will also help them seamlessly return, hopefully soon, to the classroom once COVID-19 is no longer a threat. My students need this technology to maintain grade-level reading and writing. Various organizations in our area have made WIFI access available to families and the technology would be the final component to help these students thrive!
