This upcoming school year we will be offering a social justice elective to middle school students. As part of our curriculum we are hoping to read and discuss issues pertaining to a variety of social justice issues. One resource we would like to obtain for our students is the book, This Book is Anti-Racist. This book includes student friendly language that will help students understand the complexities of systemic racism and will help them begin to take action. Thank you for considering donating to my classroom project. My classroom community and community at large thank you for your commitment to social justice.
