Engaging Learning for Exceptional Kiddos!

Thank you so much for your generosity! Because of your amazing gift, my center-based classroom will have excellent materials to boost learning for my autistic kiddos! The books, science materials, and math manipulatives will enrich my class learning and bless these kiddos who have so little. These materials will serve not only my current students, but my students to come in future years. With so much uncertain right now, its wonderful to know that my kids can still receive an interactive experience in a safe environment.”

This classroom project was brought to life by The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and one other donor.

Due to my students' diagnosis of autism, they all have special ways of learning. Hands-on, concrete experiences help solidify what they have learned and help them to retain the information in order to build upon their knowledge is the goal of my project. Manipulatives are hands down the best thing for my students. With access to better resources, these kiddos can really soar in their education and feel accomplished. Confidence in what you can learn with the right materials is a key component to a successful education for these exceptional students.
