Flexing in the Classroom, Why Not? Flexible Seating for Us

Thank you so much for providing these flex seats and lap desks! Not only do my co-teacher and I love them, so do our students. These flex seats allow our students to work wherever they choose in the classroom. Also, because of new school regulations where students have to be 6 feet apart we are no longer allowed to have students sit on the carpet during whole group lessons but these seats have allowed us to still have students somewhat together during this time. Each student gets to choose a seat and join us in a space during whole group lessons instead of having to sit at their desk. These seats have been a great addition to our classroom space.

Our kids love these seats. They love that they get to choose which one they can sit at. They really love the reclining ones because you can adjust it and they get as comfy as they want. The lap desks are amazing because the students can work at the seats and work from any space they want in the classroom. It has been really helpful for students to move closer to our word wall or to see the SmartBoard better. The lap desks have been so useful that we are thinking of adding a few more so more students can use them at the same time during independent or small group work.
