Hey there! I am a first year teacher that will be working as a Special Education teacher in a middle school in North Minneapolis. Since I am straight out of school, times are tough and I am looking for support in helping me get my classroom started. I am looking forward to making a difference and my students lives and creating an environment they feel loved and respected in and the first start is to build a welcoming classroom! The materials I chose are just a good start for me to create a strong classroom library, games to play with students for social emotional learning, flexible seating for students who need it, and starter supplies for myself and my students so we can start the year off prepared and ready to learn from each other. I am also requesting a TPT gift card so I can get some great learning, inspiring and fun resources for my kids.
