Students learn best when they solve problems with exciting tools. 3-D printing empowers students to use digital tools (ie: Tinkercad) to create their own parts for computer science projects as well as models in math and science (NITS 5.EL.A.1, NGSS 3-5-ETS1-1, NGSS 5-PS1-1). Empowering students with 3-D printing is how we can increase student engagement during this difficult time. Students will become creators of technology instead of just consumers. Combining this technology with the curriculum will make my students inventors and artists. Help us make this technology part of our classroom.
