Language Arts Fun
Funded Dec 1, 2021I want to start out with sending my sincere gratitude for you all for donating and funding my project. This has been a crazy year but an eventful one as well. This is my first year teaching Language Arts in person and these supplies from this project has really helped in what I need to do to help my students. They were so happy with everything, especially the books that they can create. I love seeing their smiles and since I did the same thing as a 5th grader, I was able to show them the one I made. It was a great experience and they are excited to write. Thank you again for your consideration for my project.”

Funded Mar 7, 2022I want to start by saying thank you for donating to my project. We are on the home stretch of the school year and I am still able to provide snacks and beverages for my students. They drink so much water at school so having extra bottles are so helpful. When they need a quick drink, it's nice that I can provide it and have a little drink for myself too to carry on through the day. Being able to give my students what they are lacking at home means a lot to both my students and myself. With everything going on, it's nice to have treats for my students.”

Let’s Get in Gear
Funded Dec 21, 2021I want to start off by saying thank you so much for donating to my project. The various snacks and drinks have helped my students tremendously since our return to school from Winter Break. I'm sad to say everything is almost gone. A few of my students gravitated to the more substantial food items and shared it was because of the lack of food in their house. When we took our winter tests, having snacks and beverages helped them take their mind off of the task at hand. A lot of time, testing gives them anxiety and being able to help with easing their stresses of a test was monumental. Thank you again.”

Funded Dec 20, 2021First, I want to say thank you for my project being funded. Being able to help my students with anything with their education but especially with their personal needs does mean a lot to me. I strive to make sure that my students have everything they need and sometimes that requires food too. I cannot wait until I see their faces when they come back to school in January and see all the great stuff that I have for them. We are gearing up for testing so these little treats will help with that too and just for those students who just need a little bit more than what they have at home. Again I say thank you for funding my project.”

Funded Dec 16, 2021I want to start off by saying thank you for donating to my project so that it could be funded. When we take test or has long assignments in class, it's always good for my students to have a little treatment a take a small break get to re-energize them. With this candy and treats it really does help them get their mind off of the test that they are taking or the long assignment that they are working on. Every now and then again it is good to be able to take a break and have something to munch on while doing so. Again I thank you for finding my project.”

Funded Dec 16, 2021I want to start off by saying that I appreciate my project being funded. Even though we do have some snacks in the classroom, it's good to have a little bit to drink also while we're doing testing or a long assignment. A lot of my students don't have the opportunity to have snacks or even different drinks at home so having this be available in my classroom would not only add joy to them but it would also help before they go home where they don't have that much to eat and drink on. Being able to be there for my students and be supportive with this project to help them along to him today is not only important to me but helpful for them. Again I thank you for donating to my project so that it can be funded.”

Funded Oct 29, 2021I want to start out by saying I appreciate the donations to my project for my students. This project helps us continue to keep going in the right direction of learning every day. Having extra little supplies like gel pens and sharpie pens helps the reward boxes that I have because some students like to use different colors when they write as a treat.
I can't thank you enough for what you are doing for my students. The joy that they have on their face when they get to open the treasure boxes and see special little things makes him very happy. Keeping safe with mask is also important because they can still stay safe and learn.”

Keeping It Going Great
Funded Dec 4, 2021I Want to start out by saying thank you for funding my project. The supplies in this project are helping and will continue to help my class be safe, colorful and excited about school. With everything going on in the world, being able to have my students be responsible while being safe is a complete joy to everyone in the room.
Knowing that my students will be able to use everything in this project to make our daily activities go smoothly is a joy for them too. I can't wait to share everything with my students once we get back from our winter break in January.”

Getting Everything Together
Funded Nov 30, 2021This project is helping my students from the time the first box came in. They have more rewards for their treasure boxes. They can use their imagination with art by using the construction paper. I can stay better organized with the folders for my expandable holder that I already have.
Everything in this project will help my students daily. The notebooks help with their class work when they are stopping and jotting during Reading, with math work and to write down any important information they may want to remember. Thank you again!”

Funded Aug 12, 2021I would first like to say thank you again for donating to my project. I was a huge reader when I was in the 5th grade and I wanted to share that with my students. We will be reading the book (the other one wasn't available) and completing a small book report along with it. With the book and the other 4 books that I got last school year will give my students an opportunity to read about different situations from children who are around the same age.
Right now, reading in my classroom is done independently and then we discuss as a class. When we get to go outside, we discuss what we learned and how it will impact our life.
Again, thank you so much for your donations to my project.”
