What are the 2 things that will help close the economic gap? I believe it's reading and technology. Help me, teach my students while they are at home and in the future when we are back in the classroom. You can help get technology into their hands! I use a variety of online tools to teach my students. I create presentations and assignments that students can work on at their own pace. My school district has given my students to a few online sites that also help me with reinforcing concepts. How do tablets help? They are much lighter and easier for me to secure with software I already own. I can download the apps the school district uses for them. Students can take pictures and easily share it with me. They can record their voices and use it to as a virtual dry erase board. I also use online conference calls to conduct small groups and class meetings during our closure.
