    Thank You NBL Players Trust for providing my eager 2nd Grade learners with a yearly subscription to Scholastic News and Science Spin! These magazines will surely make a difference in my students' learning, by providing an engaging nonfiction resource that is well respected by educators. I am so excited to reveal this resource to my students! We will be using these materials for our "All About..." books. Thanks to you, by the end of this school year my kiddos will have acquired a wealth of knowledge about current events and animals!

  • An Ear-Resistible Approach to Digital Learning!

    Thank you so much for supporting my students with earbuds for their online curriculum. As a teacher in an urban area it isn't always easy to inspire kids. One thing I have found that helps motivate them is to allow independent access to technology in my classroom. My students will feel empowered at having independent control over their results. My kiddos are in a general education , second grade class! Our classroom is divided into independent and partner learning stations. This allows my kids to rotate through timed independent learning activities. Meanwhile, small group instruction is happening throughout the day! Now with Distance Learning, my kids are becoming more academically dependent on technology for their daily small group instruction. As an educator, it's my job to seek out the resources that will help them continue to excel and thrive academically! We Can Do It!
