This classroom project was brought to life by Alaska Department of Education & Early Development.

Students will be able to participate in literature within my classroom. By having a class set of these books, students will be able to take books home and connect with them in different ways. Literature circles will provide an engaging learning experience while focusing on learning standards. Literature circles will also allow students to consume large amounts of literature in the limited amount of time we have in school. Reading is the gateway to learning; by giving students the ability to read a variety of literature, we are opening new doors and experiences.
