Bibliotherapy is a way for students to process and understand their emotions. The books I have suggested are some core books that will help my students began their processing. These books will help my students to understand what they are feeling and find useful coping mechanisms to help them throughout their lives. These books will also help my students see how we can shape and form our personal narrative. This will help them to keep a resilient mindset and allow them to have the skills that they need when difficulties arise.
