As I continue to learn how to teach through distance learning I can not forget the strategies I used in the classroom and what worked for my students. I teach a grade span of TK through second grade and most of my students receive occupational therapy to help with fine motor skills, and handwriting to access the core curriculum in the classroom. I need to be able to model letter formation and help my students master handwriting so that they will be more likely to succeed in school and write with ease in all academic areas. With an Apple Pencil I can engage and provide my students with developmentally appropriate instruction.
