I have stayed in contact with my students from last year and I know that a lot of their families are struggling. Teaching during a pandemic is a challenge for everyone involved. My project will help to alleviate some of the pressures that families may be experiencing. I am requesting whiteboard, pencils, crayons, scissors, notebooks, highlighters and more. I want to provide my new students with whiteboards for solving math problems, notebooks to develop their writing skills , highlighter to equip them on how to find detail in text. All while learning on Zoom. The other supplies will help my students be able to have the items they need to participate in all subject areas. My students are amazing scholars and I know with the right tools they will do well with distance learning.
