My special needs students need the basic school supplies to help keep them organized at home so that learning can occur. For example my students needs planners to keep them scheduled with to-do lists, check lists, and time management. My students also need headphones to help minimize noise and distractions at home. Some of my student are using resources packets, having binders, loose leaf paper, and notebooks will also help to keep the assignments by subject organized. In addition having notebooks, highlighters, and Post-it notes will help with reading and journal assignments.
