The flexible seating options that I am requesting for my classroom will help to accommodate individual learning needs for different learning styles. Children who are beginning school are not used to sitting for long periods of time. Incorporating different seating arrangements will allow students to move freely within their learning space while completing given tasks and assignments. Adding flexible seating into my classroom will also allow student to have choice. It will also teach them responsibility to continue earning the privilege to use the flexible seating options within the new environment.
