Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity in helping bring a new violin to the music classroom. Sometimes our instruments break and with a new marking period coming and more students, it is so important for us to have this extra instrument! We can't wait to put it to great use as we learn the basics of playing a string instrument in fourth grade music class. Again, thank you so much for your kind donation. We are so lucky to have people like you in this world who are so selfless and care for today's youth!”

Thank you so much for your kindness in helping bring a parachute to the music classroom! My students absolutely love playing with the parachute and singing songs as we use it, and the one we have is quite small. I know they are going to be thrilled with the large one that was donated! The parachute is such a great activity for not only learning musical songs and singing but to also get our bodies moving as elementary students. Again, thank you for your generosity. We appreciate you more than you know!”

Thank you so much for your kindness in such a special project. My students were able to listen to a violin duo right before holiday break as we enjoyed some holiday music. They were so thrilled. At the end, one student thanked our visitors by telling them how talented they were. It was so wonderful to see students just sit back and relax and listen to wonderful music with one another with smiles on their faces right before we left for a break.
Again, thank you for your kindness. We appreciate people like you in this world!”

Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity in such a special project for my third grade music students. They so look forward to learning the recorder in music class and participating in "Recorder Karate" makes it all the more special! These keepsake boxes that they will be able to decorate and put their ribbons in will be something I know my students will cherish!
We are so lucky to have people like you in this world who care about our youth today and are so incredibly selfless. Again, thank you!”

Thank you so much for your extremely generous and kind donation to such a special project. I love being able to add an extra level of creativity and play with my students while learning music and these pots/pans sets will add so much joy to my young students as we "stir up our soup" with our egg shakers! Students love to add the pepper that makes us sneeze in our song and these sets have pepper shakers to make the experience even more real and enjoyable for my students!
Again, thank you so much for your kindness. We are so lucky to have people like you in this world.”

Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity in supporting such a special project for my third and fourth grade music students. They really look forward to playing the recorder and violin and participating in "Recorder/Violin Karate." Whenever they master a song, they always ask me when they are getting their "white belts" or "yellow belts." I am so excited to be stocked up on new trophies for them and I know they will be thrilled once they see them as well!
Again, thank you so much for your kind donation. We appreciate you more than you know!”

Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity in supporting a project that helps celebrate our students and their hard work and success! I look forward just as much as the students do to these quarterly assemblies and I feel so excited to be able to offer them new fun prizes to choose from. I cannot wait to see the look on their faces when they see the new selection! We are so lucky to have people like you in this world who care about today's youth. Again, thank you so much for your generous donation.”

Thank you so much for your kindness in such an important project. It is hard to see students come in during the cold months without warm jackets, so it means a lot to be able to provide them with such an essential that everybody should have. I know these jackets will make a difference in many students' lives not only in the classroom/school, but also in their every day routine!
We appreciate you more than you could ever know and are so thankful for the generous people like you in this world who care about our youth!”
Thank you so much for your kindness and support in such a special project. The goodies we are receiving will be used to celebrate ALL of our students at RCECS during a day filled with fall fun. There will also be some bigger prizes such as the fall themed pop its to celebrate students in games we have planned for them. This is such a special way to treat our students after a busy start to the school year! We appreciate you more than you know and are anxiously awaiting Fall Festival with all the goodies we have coming!”

My students and I are so grateful for the comfortable piano benches that were donated to our music classroom at RCECS. In music class, I do a "Rockstar of the Week" where students get to sit in comfortable chairs to celebrate their success. We are now able to continue this tradition in 5th grade now by allowing these students to use the fancy and cozy benches provided to us while practicing the piano! Again, we are so thankful for your kindness and generosity. We appreciate you more than you know!”

While teaching music online, it'd be great to continue learning different instruments with my second graders. While trying to think of an instrument that is "small" and "compact," I thought of the pan flute which was first created in ancient Greece. While we were still in school, students were learning about the "Djembe," which is an African American drum, so therefore it would be incredible to continue learning about instruments from around the world.
Whenever students are given the opportunity to learn a new instrument, they light up with excitement. I would love to be able to continue to provide that excitement even while we are in this crazy time in life and school is done online. Even if we can't receive materials and begin this project before the end of this school year, I am hoping that we will return to a "normal" school environment next year and we can then learn the pan flute together in person.
