Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity in helping fund such a special project. The materials for these t-shirts will be used to celebrate end of the school year talent show participants. We do this every year, and each year my students can't wait to put these t-shirts on-showing how proud they are of themselves!
I can't wait to show you pictures of the t-shirst once we have them completed! Again, thank you for your amazing donation! We appreciate you more than you could possibly know!”
Thank you so much for your incredible kindness and thoughtfulness in donating towards this project. All of the prizes from this project will be used for the end of the school year talent show and award assemblies to show how proud we are of our students and all they have achieved! I love seeing the excitement on my students' faces when they are able to choose from these wonderful prizies. Again, we are so extremely grateful for people like you in this world who are so selfless and choose to care about today's youth.”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Shields

Thank you so much for the most amazing surprise-one of my most special projects being funded! The excitement my students show when the surprise of "Kona Ice" is presented to them after the end of the school year talent show is a feeling words can't describe! I am so excited to be able to share this moment with them again this year thanks to your kindness.”

Thank you so much for your incredible kindness. We use these visors every year to not only protect our entire school body from the sun during our end of the school year events, but to also get students in the spirit of celebrating each other! At the school talent show, they will be used to show off their decorations as each grade does a dance contest! Again, thank you so much for your generosity.”

Thank you so much for your kind donation in helping us get special spring time instruments and accessories to celebrate such a wonderful season in music class! My students have been IN LOVE with singing our flower song and using our special flowers to go along with it! Additionally, we have been able to color while we listen to music with our special spring art supplies that were so graciously donated! Again, we appreciate you more than you know and are so grateful for kind people like you in this world today!”
Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity in such a special project for my students and I! We cannot wait to jam out to all of our percussion instruments from our rhythm instruments to fun CDs this spring and put them to wonderful use! Again, thank you so much!”
Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity in helping bring fun and exciting prizes to the students at my school. Every marking period, we hold our quarterly assemblies to celebrate the hard work our students have put fourth into the school year, and it is such an honor to be able to provide them with a little extra and to see the smiles on their faces when they have brand new fun and exciting prizes to choose from! We are so grateful for you and will put these new materials and prizes to wonderful use!”
While teaching music online, it'd be great to continue learning different instruments with my second graders. While trying to think of an instrument that is "small" and "compact," I thought of the pan flute which was first created in ancient Greece. While we were still in school, students were learning about the "Djembe," which is an African American drum, so therefore it would be incredible to continue learning about instruments from around the world.
Whenever students are given the opportunity to learn a new instrument, they light up with excitement. I would love to be able to continue to provide that excitement even while we are in this crazy time in life and school is done online. Even if we can't receive materials and begin this project before the end of this school year, I am hoping that we will return to a "normal" school environment next year and we can then learn the pan flute together in person.
