  • Hydrate Me

    Funded Sep 15, 2024

I would like to extend our deepest thanks for your generous contribution in providing water containers for our health class. Your support has made it possible for every student to fully engage in our hydration activity, allowing them to gain a firsthand understanding of how water intake affects the body.

By offering a variety of water containers in different sizes, you've enabled us to tailor the activity to each student's needs. This has allowed us to more accurately track water intake and monitor its effects on body weight, heart rate, and blood pressure. As a result, students have been able to experience the impact of hydration on their bodies in a more personal and meaningful way.

Your generosity has not only helped our students actively participate in the lesson, but also deepened their understanding of the importance of hydration in maintaining overall health and well-being. We are incredibly grateful for your contribution to creating a more interactive, hands-on learning experience that will benefit our students for years to come.”

  • Sublimation Too

    Funded May 27, 2024

On behalf of our students, I want to express our sincere gratitude for your generous support in helping us launch our after-school sublimation printing club. Your contribution has had a significant impact on our students, offering them a unique and enriching opportunity to channel their creativity and apply their mathematical skills in a meaningful way.

With the rulers, sublimation ink, mugs, sublimation paper, and speaker you provided, we now have the materials necessary to guide students through the process of sublimation printing on cups and t-shirts. These tools allow them to immerse themselves in hands-on learning while utilizing their geometry skills to calculate image placement and transfer. The speaker has been especially helpful in ensuring that our students can engage with tutorials and instructions, overcoming the challenges posed by the broken volume on our smart board.

This after-school club not only nurtures students' artistic talents but also provides them with an escape from life's challenges, allowing them to focus on the joy of creation and discovery. Moreover, it opens the door to potential entrepreneurial opportunities, as they gain practical experience in a skill that could lead to future business ventures.

Your generosity has empowered our students to explore new possibilities, develop important skills, and foster a sense of accomplishment. We are truly grateful for your support in making this club a reality, and we look forward to seeing how these experiences shape their future success.”

  • Calm Down

    Funded Jan 29, 2025

I would like to extend my deepest thanks for your generous support in providing the materials to create a calming space for my students. Your contribution has had a profound impact on both their emotional well-being and their ability to succeed academically.

With the addition of key items like the ladder, markers, clock, screen cleaner spray, scissors, Lysol wipes, and rolling cart, I now have the tools to offer a dedicated space where students can take a break, regulate their emotions, and return to their work feeling refreshed and ready to learn. These materials allow me to keep the space organized and functional, creating an environment that fosters emotional health and focus.

The creative outlets provided by the markers and dry-erase board have been particularly valuable, giving students the opportunity to express themselves and process their emotions in a safe and constructive way. The visual timer and rolling cart have made transitions smoother, and the cleanliness of the space is vital in ensuring a hygienic and safe environment for all.

Thanks to your support, students are now better equipped to manage their emotions, reduce stress, and engage in their learning with renewed energy and focus. Your generosity is making a lasting difference in their lives, and I am deeply grateful for your commitment to their well-being and success.”

On behalf of our students and faculty, I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for your generous support in providing the materials for our paper airplane project. Your contribution has made a significant impact on our classroom, allowing students to engage in hands-on learning that is both educational and inspiring.

With the paper airplane launchers, printing paper, and storage bins, we have been able to create an interactive environment where students can experiment with the forces of flight and gain a deeper understanding of physics concepts like motion, energy, and force. These materials have not only enhanced their academic experience, but also fostered teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills as students work together to optimize their designs.

Beyond the classroom, your support has sparked a curiosity about aviation and engineering, encouraging students to explore potential careers in these exciting fields. Thanks to your generosity, we are able to offer them the tools to bring their ideas to life, ensuring they have the resources needed for a successful and memorable learning experience.

Thank you again for your invaluable contribution. Your support is helping to shape the next generation of scientists, engineers, and innovators, and we are deeply grateful for your commitment to their education.”

  • Label That

    Funded Nov 18, 2024

The addition of resources like science experiment kits, art materials, and technology, along with essential tools like a label maker, labels, and a storage case, has had a transformative impact on my classroom. By integrating these materials, students are able to actively engage with hands-on learning projects that bring classroom concepts to life and connect them to real-world applications.

The labeled and organized materials ensure that everything is easily accessible and ready for use, allowing students to focus on the learning experience rather than searching for supplies. This organized approach enhances the efficiency of our immersive projects and fosters a more dynamic learning environment.

With these resources, students not only retain information more effectively, but they also develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through practical application. The ability to maintain an organized, well-stocked classroom has empowered students to dive deeper into their learning, fueling their curiosity and passion for discovery.

  • Sublimate It

    Funded May 27, 2024

We are writing to extend our sincere gratitude for your generous support in helping us launch our new after-school sublimation printing club. This endeavor not only aligns with our students' interests but also provides them with an exciting opportunity to channel their creativity and explore entrepreneurial possibilities.

With your contribution of a Brother sublimation printer and sublimation paper, our students will be able to bring their designs to life, transferring images onto t-shirts and mugs. This hands-on experience will not only allow them to create unique, personalized items but also help them develop practical skills in design, printing, and even mathematics.

Our club will serve as a space for students to dive into the art of sublimation printing, where they'll learn both the technical aspects and the creative process. By using coordinate planes to simulate the surfaces of t-shirts and mugs, they'll also practice their geometrical skills, ensuring precise placement of images.

Your support is making it possible for us to provide these valuable learning experiences, and we are incredibly grateful. This project will have a lasting impact on our students, offering them a blend of creativity, skill-building, and potential entrepreneurial insight that could shape their futures.

Teaching has become a completely different species in the last couple of months. My needs as a teacher and those of the students are now different although the goal stays the same and that's to educate. As a teacher wife of another teacher and parent I now need to be able to conduct my classes while canceling outside noises. Such as my children Zooming with their teacher and my husband with his students. My students deserve an environment that is about them and their academic needs without my students and me being distracted by outside noises.
