Science is a subject that is taught best through example. Without being in the classroom with my students, it is extremely difficult for them to understand the lessons. Chatting back and forth doesn't allow me to connect with the class and get into the depth of the lesson; which leaves students very confused. I need an iPad to connect with my students by setting up a virtual classroom, creating assignments and having remote instruction via Webex meetings. Google Classroom is a platform I use to get the lessons out to my students and with an iPad Pro, I will connect with students and foster conceptual learning. Here I can conduct live lessons, have peer to peer conversations and ask questions. Since schools are closed, virtual classes are the only way to facilitate student learning.
