This will be used for students that need an extra hands-on approach. I will be working from my classroom during these times. It would be easier to interact with them through their computers.
Students will be able to learn how to properly use technology to their advantage. My learning outcome is to make my classroom an Apple friendly environment. I believe Apple should be learned, as a skill-set before graduating, and with the shift in our world, a need for technology is high. The Smartboard will be for my interactive Zoom/Google meetings online. I will be able to live write through their screens. At my school there is barely enough money to accommodate all students. I want to make sure none get left behind, beginning with their interaction and engagement, using technology.
My goal is to interact with students. By making them feel like they are gaining the same lesson they would have at school, from home. I will teach the students how to read with my smart board. I can underline important vocabulary words as we are going over the lesson. Students can watch as I draw venn diagrams on the Smart Board, that I can also hook up to my iPad and use it for compare and contrast lessons.
