By being able to provide my students with crayons, colored pencils, paint, paper, whiteboards, dry erase markers and books, my little learners will have what they need to continue their learning at home. My students are working to become little authors and illustrators of their own stories and constantly working on their writing skills. For my students who barely have pencils and paper at home, these school supplies will encourage their imaginations and inspire them to become the little authors and illustrators I know they will be! Before this pandemic my student's love when I drew for them and would be so excited when I would teach them my artist tricks, so for them to have their own supplies at home would mean we can continue to share during virtual learning to bring back their spark of creativity and excitement of creating stories!
