Clean & Fresh: Essential Supplies for a Healthy Classroom
Help me give my students disinfectant supplies to maintain cleanliness and promote health, along with deodorant to ensure a fresh and pleasant environment.
Thank you so much for your generous donations. My students have truly enjoyed using our polaroid camera and seeing the image pop out of the camera. Most of all they have been incredibly excited to see the film develop so they may see how the picture turned out. We have been able to capture many incredible memories. We were also able to use the camera for a fun project in which we created an "Our School Family" book in which my students were able to go around and capture pictures of our staff to create a book of all of the amazing adults at our school. This is all thanks to you!”

Thank you so much for your generous donations. I cannot express the relief I felt knowing that I would have the necessary materials I will need for this year. Many of my supplies from last year were hanging by their last thread and our class pencil sharpener had sharpened one too many pencils. Now all of those supplies have been replenished and my students are actually sharpening their pencils in the morning to get ready for the day. None of this would have been possible without you! Our classroom has become so much more functional and we are off to a great start!”

I am so excited to share with you the true and utter joy my students felt when we received the materials to help celebrate our birthdays. They truly loved the wooden birthday banner and expressed how well it fit in our room. We had a celebration for all of our students who had birthdays over the summer and the rest of the class is now eagerly awaiting to celebrate their birthdays. Some students even expressed that this was the first "birthday gift" they had ever received and how they will "cherish it forever". Thank you for providing my classroom with an abundance of tissues for the year. Unbeknownst to me, many of my students suffer from seasonal allergies and having a hefty supply of Kleenex has been a true life saver. With cold and flu season quickly approaching I feel more relieved that I will not have to ration out tissues to my students. The tissues donated to our class are the ones with lotion and these have been so gentle on the my students faces. Especially to those who constantly need to blow their nose. I wish you could have seen the look on my students faces when they received their new supplies at the start of the year. They were so excited to see all of the materials donated to our class. So far we've used all of the items donated for our "Welcome Back" activities at the start of the year. As well as, continuously using the materials during ELA, Math, Word Study and Science. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the stay at home order, many of my diverse learners have fallen behind on their IEP math goals. Not having access to math manipulatives such as, fraction bars, clocks, and base ten blocks for a year and a half has severely hindered their ability to make progress on their goals. We need YOUR help to tackle as many basic arithmetic skills this year through the use of manipulatives! With YOUR help they can have the necessary tools to dive back into tackling math in person.
About my class
