I would like to simulate my school classroom at home during this time of distance learning. I would like to be able to teach using a whiteboard both physically and digitally during live conferencing. The whiteboard and dry erase markers would facilitate students viewing lessons from the board. The iPad and stylus allow for me to share my whiteboard digitally to have students complete problems or show their work live. This would allow for maximum teaching, coaching and learning abilities. I am a huge proponent of anchor charts. I believe students should be able to reference material at all times. The chart paper and markers would be used to create anchor charts which I can refer to while distance teaching and also take screenshots to share with students via the iPad. We had chosen Fourth Grade Rats as our next chapter book prior to the Safe at Home mandate. Since it is not available digitally, I'd like to be able to provide it to students as our last class novel read.
