The materials I am requesting will help close the technology gap my students have due to their socio-economic status. With the mandated school closures, the lack of technology available and technology awareness has impacted my students ability to learn. They have very limited exposure to technology during school and almost zero academic and learning based exposure at home. Our world is becoming technology based society with countless stem based career opportunities for those with the savvy. I want my students to have the opportunity to research and publish using technology. Covid learning loss has impacted my students literacy, I hope my project will close that gap of knowledge. This project will give my students the knowledge and excitement to learn in a more-technology rich environment.
