We can't thank you enough for the generosity you shared with our students! Knowing there were materials our students would have benefited from back at school, we were all extremely grateful to receive the wonderful packages of materials that arrived each day!
Our students were able to reach into their gift bags from DONORS CHOOSE and immediately put to use the materials inside! Crayons, construction paper, pencils, notebooks, individually selected items specific to student interests and needs, practice books- and even snacks!!
We will never forget the looks on our students' faces when we (safely) handed them their materials! THANK YOU!”

This classroom project was brought to life by Kleenex® Brand and 6 other donors.

Most of my students are emergent readers and writers. Writing materials are needed for them to reinforce skills introduced at school. My students will also need fun and engaging activity books to reinforce what they have learned in school -in math and reading. Because students with special needs have difficulty processing and retaining new information we need to be mindful of using materials that are fun, engaging, colorful, easy to manipulate, safe, and educational! My students are eager learners while in school; however, these last 6 weeks have been especially difficult for them as they have lost structure and consistency.
