Making Distance Learning Engaging!

I cannot thank you enough for your generous donation to my project. My students are enjoying doing the activities I was able to buy with the gift card you granted me. The graphics catch the kids' attention, and they love learning using these activities!

My students were so excited to see the little books with numbers and letters that some of them showed me how they put them up on their walls at home to practice them daily. Every time we use one of the letter books I bought, they feel excited and motivated and try to work independently to read the words.

The students feel motivated to keep learning because they are able to use materials that have a specific theme. For example, some of the graphics that I bought have a winter or fall theme. There are also specific holiday themed graphics such as Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Since we are in holiday season right now, the Christmas graphics makes them excited and it makes them feel the holiday spirit. Before I had these graphics, the worksheets that I had them do were quite dull and unappealing to them. I would simply have them write the weekly word on their notebooks. This would make it hard for them to focus, because it was not interesting. However, with the graphics I was able to buy, the worksheets are far more interesting and it makes them excited to do the worksheet. They are working harder than ever and eager to learn. I cannot thank you enough for your donation.
