I am a second grade teacher moving to first grade next year and my class rug is totally ruined after years of use. I would love to start fresh and get this new class carpet. I use the back carpet area daily for morning meetings, read aloud, writing time, and mini-lessons. It is a great way to have students partner share and get into quick groups. I love having a carpet, but have never had one with designated squares for each student. This would be so helpful with management and organization and I would love to add it to my new first grade classroom!
