I chose a classroom set of OSMOs to support. We plan to use the OSMOs as projectors for individual, small and large-group online meetings, enabling children to share their own work without requiring much adult support. We will also encourage children to use the OSMO as a tool for learning literacy and math, as follows: The OSMO has literacy and math games that are a hybrid of a real-world and a virtual experience. As such, these games provide a developmentally appropriate learning experience. I have a curated list of high quality apps as well to support math, literacy, fine motor, social-emotional and cognitive skills. The Coronavirus caught most of us by surprise. While we have access to the iPads, our students need our online curriculum which calls for the tools made available through the use of an Osmo!
