I want to create an engaging classroom full of active learners. In our classroom, students will interact with our topic and with each other. My objective is to bring the front row "I-love-learning" students and the the back row "try-to-teach-me" students together with engaging learning activities. The requested supplies will be used for group projects designed to get students up and out of their desks. Students will use clipboards for gallery walk learning. They will use white boards for formative class-wide "at a glance" assessments and for review games. Students will work together on posters to summarize content in creative ways and also for presentation assessments. These supplies will help create a classroom that is intellectually, physically, and socially stimulating.
