Headphones for Better Learning
Funded Feb 18, 2025Thank you so much for your support and helping my classroom run much more smoothly! These headphones will be so useful and helpful with maintaining student attention when using laptops. We already have an area where these headphones will be safely stored and easily accessible whenever students need to grab them. We appreciate your kindness so much!”

5th/6th Grade Science Materials
Funded Aug 8, 2023Thank you so much for this amazing opportunity to create future engineers, scientists, artists, and so much more! My students have loved our slow start mornings with our STEM Bin supplies. They have created awesome rocket ships, buildings, "food" items, tools, and challenged their brains by working on puzzle activities. They've also loved having the materials needed to complete cool Science experiments which in the past we would sometimes have to pass up otherwise.
Your support has meant my students are learning authentically and realizing they can solve challenges by thinking of the problem outside of the box.
The students of Rm. 209 and myself couldn't be more grateful. Have an amazing day!”

Funded Aug 10, 2022With the help of your donation, my students were able to get movement in their day. They now have the option of not just sitting at their desks all day long. Students can sit on the beautiful rug and they can use the lovely leaf seats to sit anywhere in the room to work with partners. It's made a huge difference in our classroom behavior and dynamics with these different options.
We truly appreciate the help and support you've provided us. Thank you very much and hope you have a lovely holiday season.”

Funded Sep 23, 2021I apologize for the delay. This has been one hectic school year to match! I just want to say thank you for your generosity and your support of not only my project, but my students.
My students were beyond excited when they saw me opening the packages of goodies. I even allowed some of my students to help me pump up the bouncy ball chairs and help me organize the other materials in the classroom. All of the materials are treated, still to this day, with respect because they learned that not only I care about them, but that there are others rooting for them too. Now with much love, you can certainly see the items usage with how much the students use them on a daily basis.
In math for example, we are now learning about dividing fractions and decimals. The whiteboards are used constantly to show mathematical thinking on work problems or our activator problems. During math lesson you can see multiple students using all the different kinds of flexible seating options that best fit their learning style. Again, this wouldn't have been possible without you. We appreciate your passion of education, just like us. Have a wonderful day.”

Funded Jul 12, 2020I can not begin to express my gratitude. With your kindness, my students are enhancing their social and emotional skills. Most of these stories involve Read-Aloud lessons. Some lessons including read-aloud of the stories we have received like a "Giraffes can't dance" and doing a goal writing activity afterwards and "Wrinkled Heart".
This year, reading looks a little different in our classroom this year. Students are allowed to read books but they can't grab books from our classroom library themselves. I've created a "virtual library" catalog that show all of our books. When students need a book, they let me know and I grab them.
Overall, all of my students love listening or reading our new books. The skills taught in these books will hopefully stay with them for many years to come. They certainly need it. Thank you again, take care and stay safe.”
