Our students love to jump rope, but we do not have enough for everyone to have one and follow Covid-19 protocols. This project would give me enough ropes to use with my Kindergarten through 5th grade classes. Allowing my students to have their own jump ropes when they come to class will give them an opportunity to get some much-needed exercise as it is one of the most effective & efficient methods of exercise! Jumping Rope will help with their attention, release stress, and prepare their brains for learning. I would use this equipment to work on cardio, coordination, rhythm, balance, and perseverance with my students. I would set goals for my students to try and reach. Jumping rope is a great activity that our students always enjoy!
