Tools for Focused and Hands-On Learning
Funded Feb 11, 2025I am incredibly grateful for your generous support of my 1st-grade classroom. Your contribution has provided essential learning tools that will make a lasting impact on my students’ education.
Thanks to your kindness, the Montessori wooden blocks will enhance hands-on math exploration, helping students build foundational number skills in a fun and engaging way. The finger focus highlighters will improve reading fluency by guiding students’ eyes across the text, strengthening their tracking and comprehension. The headphones will create quiet, focused learning spaces for individualized activities, while the fidget toys will support self-regulation and serve as motivational rewards.
Together, these resources cater to the diverse needs of my students, keeping them engaged and setting them up for success. My goal is to create a supportive and interactive learning environment where children can develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning—and your generosity has helped bring that vision to life.
My students are curious, hardworking, and eager to learn. With your support, they now have tools that make learning more accessible, meaningful, and enjoyable. Thank you for believing in them and for making such a difference in their educational journey.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Knight

Funded Mar 9, 2020I am writing you this letter to thank you for your generous donation to the education of my class. The money that you donated went towards hands on math manipulatives. They have been engaging tools that students look forward to using time and time again!
These math tools, along with whole brain teaching are the perfect pair to introduce and reinforce math concepts. I have seen students master math skills while using these math tools! They love to skip count as they jump on the carpet and roll the big dice to add numbers.
These materials will be utilized this year and many years to come to help make math more hands on and FUN!”
With gratitude,
Ms. Knight
