Research shows that early exposure to colleges and careers increases a students liklihood of participating in higher education. We would like to increase students exposure throughout the school year by placing college pennants in every teachers classroom and on the outside of their doors. This allows for every student to pass by college information every single day, multiple times per day. Junior High is a critical age for this exposure and encouraging students to think about their future. We also pass out College Swag during our College and Career Week in April every year. We would like to be able to pass out College swag to as many students as possible. We have a population of 1450.
