Having a diverse and engaging library will help my students explore and learn about the people and world around them. I want them to feel empowered and involved in their learning by giving them a variety of options to choose from. Budget cuts have reduced opportunities to visit our school library so I need to supplement that with a strong classroom library. By having an enriching classroom library where every student can find a book that best fits their needs and interests, I can help plant the seed for the love of books. A great book or story is a memory that stays with us into adulthood. Help me give that to my deserving students.
