Succeeding with Honesty!
Funded Oct 1, 2022My Trojan Scholars were excited to receive new testing dividers. They were eager to take weekly assessments just to have the opportunity to use them. The one minute timers are being used to develop and improve reading fluency. Each scholar has one in their personal supply box. The magnetic whiteboard erasers have replaced the use of kleenex.
Thank you for your kindness and quick response. Sometimes the smallest actions are the ones that produce the greatest impact in our lives. We send you many blessings.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Cristales
Successful Beginning!
Funded Aug 19, 2021I am writing this letter to thank you as a teacher and on behalf of my Trojan Scholars for your generous donations to my class' education. The money you donated through this amazing site was used as described in my project. Students were the primary beneficiaries. It was priceless to see my scholar's bright eyes as they saw the boxes delivered with all the materials.
Whiteboards and erasers were distributed to each scholar. We have used them for math practice, spelling practice, penmanship, and in every possible way I as a teacher feel the need to use. Folders were used to create different subject curriculum based activities kept in one place. I have used post its and big chart paper as anchor charts, to collect data (which have been displayed in our school's main hallway).
Thank you once again, I couldn't have done it with out you. These materials will continue to be used throughout the entire school year.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Cristales

Funded Oct 1, 2020There are times when words fall short when it comes to describing and sharing the gratitude felt within my heart as I received and was able to distribute your donated items to my scholars.
Just recently on Saturday, Feb. 27 we had a school drive by pick day. My scholars were able to pick up the new resources (math and art supplies). My scholars have begun to use these resources as they engage in Eureka Math Module 3 which focuses greatly on place value. They have shared how the base ten materials and counting disks has helped them solve their math problems with ease. We have engaged in art projects in which they now have access to the materials needed to actively engage in the lesson.
When my scholars saw their new resources in a 2 gallon ziplock bag the reaction was priceless. Their eyes widened, their smile was priceless. Some responded with.."WOOOOW!!! Look at this just for me." Seeing them so happy filled my heart with warmth. It made me feel that everything I do to make each lesson fun to learn and engage is worth it all. This wouldn't have happened without yours support.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Cristales
