An arsenal of books will give me insights into school culture, poverty, leadership, behavioral challenges, and effective teaching techniques. Help me become an effective administrator by building a resource library. Positive classroom management skills for students of all backgrounds is the key to learning. I can continue to build my administrative skills and positively influence the lives of countless students and teachers by building a storehouse of reference books that will help me overcome and succeed at any challenge.
