These kids learn best through fine motor and sensory activities. The students love to move while learning throughout the day. When the students are able to move the students are able to learn. Working on their fine motor skills will help students be able to access writing utensils as they grow. Students need the access to different buttons and zippers in order to be able to independently dress themselves. All of these materials will help students succeed in their school careers. We are setting up their foundational skills in our classroom with these materials. The students are excited for their new activities.
