Meeting Sensory Needs: Empowering Learning Through Input
Funded Dec 11, 2024I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your generous donation to our class project. Your contribution will soon bring new and exciting opportunities to our students, and we are truly grateful for your support.
Your donation has helped us purchase sensory tables that will provide our students with a safe and engaging space to explore and meet their sensory needs. These tables will give our students the chance to feel calm, focused, and excited to learn, which will have a profound effect on their overall well-being and academic performance.
We are thrilled that your gift will be used to support the sensory needs of our students and help them thrive in the classroom. Your generosity is a testament to your commitment to supporting their education and well-being, and we are grateful for your trust in us.
Thank you again for your kindness and generosity. We look forward to seeing the positive impact that these sensory tables will have on our students' lives.”

Learning, Sharing, Creating
Funded Jan 29, 2023The students are enjoying the new table. They were so happy and excited to use the table. We used the table for whole group activities such as painting, celebrating Spanish Heritage Month, eating breakfast, and so much more. It's the gift that keeps on giving.
We are currently waiting for Cafe 6 project to be funded. Once this project gets funded, we will use our table to set up our new cafe. My students and I love all the ways we can keep using the table.
Thank you so much for your support!”

Community of Unique Learners
Funded Aug 30, 2021Donors, thanks for helping me give my students the opportunity to communicate without relying on verbal communication. The laminating sheets and velcro helped me create pictures, symbols, words, and photographs that my students find engaging and easy to use over and over again. These items are continually giving my students the opportunities to make requests, comments, answer questions, practice academic and social skills.
The 4 drawer cart is providing my students with individual storage space to help keep materials organized and minimize the spread of germs. These rolling carts are being used to store binder activities, sensory toys, diapers, and puzzles.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Villalobos
